Disney Birthday Trip Report!!

Ok.. Some of you know already but I figured to share it on here.. WOO HOO!

My aunt called me and told me she was doing the WDW Marathon in January 2011.. She said she was planning a girls only trip. So I started hinting around and said do you know who love's DISNEY and her birthday is right around the corner.. Then that is when she told me to come along. I was practically crying tears of joy. I've been wanting to go to Disney for my birthday and I think my wish is finally coming true.

The situation is that I've been out of work for a while now and still looking for work so I've been collecting unemployment for several months now.. Gene was laid off too and on unemployment and the state decided to cut unemployment so they cut Gene's.. So he hasn't gotten any money for a while.. Luckily he started a part time job.

When he got home from work yesterday I told him that my aunt wanted to take me to WDW but she didn't tell me wether she was treating me for the trip or not.. I'm really hoping that she does pay for my trip if not Gene said he would try to help me out as much as he can. I know since it's right around Christmas and my birthday my parent's usually give me money so I would have spending money for my trip.. hehe.

I'm really hoping I can go to WDW.. If I do get to go it will be from Thursday, January 6th to Tuesday, January 11th.

Please pray and send pixie dust my way.. I can really use all the prayers that I can get.

Cathy or Tracy if you can try to get me some quotes for those days that would be awesome.. I'm talking to my aunt about possibly staying at Pop Century.. But knowing her she'd want to stay at a Moderate resort like Port Orleans French Quarter or Carribean Beach Resort.. Probably would need a 3 day park hopper.

Unless she has a DVC which I'm not sure if she does or not.. That would be awesome.. hehe

Oh and I forgot.. So far I have 3 days in the park.. hehe.. I have 2 park hopper passes that I got for free while I was in Disney last October..and I got my free pass for volunteering.. YAY..

I just received in the mail a Travel voucher for the my bag being ripped in Las Vegas for $75 so now I will get $75 off on my next airline ticket..

So now I'm starting to see that this trip will definately happen.. YAY!!!

Guess what..

I bought my airline ticket but I put insurance on the airline ticket just in case I can't make it there in January.. ..

Now I'm hoping she can help me out with part of the trip..

I don't remember if I told you but Gene had gotten sick at Ohana's so we ended up loosing a day at the park so they gave us two free hopper passes.. WOO HOO!

I'm so happy! She booked her airfare too.. Now both of us are waiting to hear from the 7 other girls that will be joining us.. YAY!

My friend that lives in Miami will be joining us as well.

I've decided to volunteer at the Marathon.

Tracy or Cathy if you could look into resort pricing for me that would be greatly appreciated.. Was looking into Pop Century, Carribean Beach Resort or Port Orlean's French Quarter... Thanks!
