Pre Trip Report for my October 2009 Trip

Well.. I was working on a Pre-Trip Report for my trip.. I know its early but I like to plan ahead of time.

Trip Date: October 18th to October 25th

Gene & I will be staying at Pop Century.

Sunday 10/18

Arriving in Orlando at 9:35 a.m. by the time I get to Pop Century will probably be 11 or 11:30.. Depending on how fast I get my luggage and get on the Disney Magical Express to resort. Hopefully room will be ready to check into if not we will leave our luggage with the frontdesk.

Next, we will go to Downtown Disney & walk around. Sometime that afternoon I will be meeting up with my friends from another forum.. Karen & Giselle.. They are sisters. They will be in WDW with Karen's fiancee & Giselle's hubby & their two kids. We will be eating at Earl of Sandwich.. After that we plan to do Disney's Hot Air Balloon.. Hopefully it will be open depending on the weather.

After that do some shopping and head back to resort. Possibly go for a swim depending on what time we get back.

Monday 10/19

We will be going to Epcot for the Food & Wine Festival and staying til the Fireworks. The menu for the Festival looks awesome.. I have posted the new menu in the Epcot section of this forum.

We will be staying for Illuminations the fireworks display at Epcot.

Tuesday 10/20

We will be going to Magic Kingdom.
We have ADR's for Crystal Palace at 1:45 to dine with Winnie the Pooh & Friends.

This day we will also be staying for Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party which starts at 7 p.m.. Tickets were expensive but its our first time going for the Party. Can't wait to see the parade & the fireworks display.

Wednesday 10/21

We will be going to Animal Kingdom in the morning then Hollywood Studios later in the afternoon.

This day we have breakfast ADR's at Ohana's which is located at the Polynesian Resort. We will be having breakfast with Lilo & Stitch.

Thursday 10/22

This will be another Magic Kingdom day.. No ADR's this day so we will probably be eating at Casey's Corner for lunch.

Since the park closes at 7 p.m. due to the Halloween Party we will be going to Downtown Disney afterwards to eat dinner.

Friday 10/23

This will be another Epcot day..

I will be meeting up with two other friends from another Disney Forum.. I will be meeting up with my friends Sue & Naike. Naike and her future hubby and myself & my future hubby will be spending most of the day together. No ADR's this day since its Epcot's Food & Wine Festival.

Saturday 10/24

Breakfast ADR's at Cape May Cafe at the Beach Club Resort with Mickey and friends

Then heading over to Downtown Disney for last minute gifts.

Sunday 10/25 heading back home.

Whilie I'm there I will be checking out the Polynessian Resort and the Beach Club Resort since I've never been there.

I plan on taking many many pictures..

*** You don't have to wait and get your luggage at the airport *** It will transferred directly from the airport to the Pop Century resort for you! It will be waiting for you in your room, usually a little later after you have arrived. No need to wait for it, just check in and get your *key to the world* card and head to the parks and enjoy ! Upon your return to your room, your luggage will be in your room ****
The beauty of using the Magical Express services. Sounds great doesn't it !

I forgot that they can drop off the luggage.. LOL

I called Magical Express to reserve it and they will be sending me the Magical Express Luggage Tags so that they can deliver them to my room.. Can't wait 69 more days!!

Wow thats great that you don't have to wait for your luggage. THats a great feature to have.
