Recipe for the potatoes served at Blue Bayou in Disneyland

2 lbs Potatoes (red or brown), peeled and thin sliced
1/4 Onion, thin sliced

Sauce:
2 Cups Heavy Cream
1/4 tsp dry Thyme
2 TB fresh garlic
1 1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 TB melted butter
4oz shredded parmesan cheese

-Lay sliced potatoes in a baking dish, top with onions.

-Mix cream, garlic, salt, pepper, thyme and butter in a mixing bowl. Pour mixture over potatoes.
Cover and bake at 350 for about an hour or until potatoes are tender (check at about 40 minutes). When
potatoes are tender, remove from oven and top with parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered for 10 minutes
